 HOME CLEANING&LAUNDRY
At Alanya EasyHome Property Management, we have a team of carefully vetted and security checked, trained, local cleaners to take care of your home's cleaning and laundry needs. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised quality cleaning service for each individual client.
Home Cleaning:
You can choose one of the three Home Cleaning Packages on offer, or send a message with your special requirements for a free no obligation quotation.
Package 1. Terrace Cleaning:
€ 10 Flats size smaller than 100m2
€ 15 Flats size larger than 100m2, doublex villas, and penthouses
€ 40 Triplex villas, large detached houses
Areas covered include (usually the parts of the building that is open to the elements after you have locked your house and left);
 Washing Balconies and/or Terraces
Washing Handrails, and reachable window cills
Washing the staircase if not in the building
Package 2. Basic Home Cleaning:
€ 30 Flats size smaller than 100m2
€ 35 Flats size larger than 100m2, doublex villas, and penthouses
€ 50 Triplex villas, large detached houses
Includes Package 1 plus the following (usually the whole floor(s) of a house/flat) ;
Washing the floors inside the house/flat where applicable (ie. kitchen, bathroom etc.)
Hoovering the carpets/floors where applicable
Polishing the floors where applicable
Package 3. Thorough Home Cleaning:
€ 40 Flats size smaller than 100m2
€ 45 Flats size larger than 100m2, doublex villas, and penthouses
€ 90 Triplex villas, large detached houses
Includes Package 1 and package 2 plus the following (as the name suggests, usually general cleaning of whole house, cleaning and dusting of whole floors, surfaces etc.);
Thorough cleaning of wet areas of the house/flat (kitchen, toilet, bathroom etc)
Cleaning, dusting, and polishing of all surfaces
Dusting and cleaning of the furniture
Cleaning windows, frames etc.
General tidying up the whole house/flat
Laundry:
We can arrange an our Professional team and do your washing and ironing in our laundry Office. These might include:
Washing and drying your curtains and nets, it is € 40 (for normal size apartment.)
Washing and ironing your clothes, it is €10
Washing and ironing your furniture covers, it is €10
Washing and ironing of your bed linen, it is €10
